Hi, my name is Dale Bennett and in my career I went from Telephones to Toner.

I worked for Telstra for 22 years in Network Construction as an Optical Fibre Technician for Wideband Services. My team and I helped build a world class digital telephone network. I am very proud of our efforts for the 2000 Sydney Olympics and the FoxtelTM network in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Then after that I decided to start a family business of my own.

Cartridge Biz formerly called Toner Action Chermside and West End has been around since 1999. Since then there has been dramatic changes in printing technology with so much choice now to suit different needs. From the small home office inkjet and  laser printers to large A3 format workgroup multifunction centres. Each one requiring it’s own unique set of consumables.

In the early years I used to remanufacture all our own cartridges right here, but now due to the large range of cartridges and changing technologies out there, we now source the best quality products from around Australia and Overseas. Our prices are not always the cheapest but you will get premium quality and great service all the time. We will also try to price match any competitor’s quote you may have.

We also provide free advice to help you decide: Which is the best machine to suit your needs, and this also includes the ongoing costs of suppling consumables. So knowing beforehand how much the price per page will be for a given machine, you can make an informed decision that could save a lot of money in the long term.

We will never make annoying phone calls to sell you more toner like some companies do each month and we will never oversupply you with cartridges that you may never use.
